Call for events

Do you want to organise an event, workshop, discussion, or even more extended event series at Luonnos? Luonnos aims to provide space for new encounters, events, peer learning, or more relaxed fun. Luonnos aims to spark timely discussions and create a space that showcases the broad spectrum of visual communication and creative design.

This call is open to everyone, including professionals and students, including those not members of Grafia. We encourage applications from individuals of different ages and backgrounds. Selected event organisers will receive a small compensation and access to a material budget provided by Grafia, which varies depending on the concept.

LUONNOS
The workshop space at Luonnos is ideal for about ten people. However, if the content aligns with the conditions of the ongoing exhibition, the event can expand to the exhibition space. In this case, the entire space can accommodate up to 30-40 people, depending on the nature of the event. The workshop space is usually available for events, even during exhibition opening hours.

Luonnos has a projector, a portable screen (80”) and Bluetooth speaker. The space includes a small kitchen, various table options, and seating for 20 people.
