Grafia’s mentoring programme Grafia’s mentoring program has been organised annually since 2020. The program supports the professional development and sense of community among Grafia’s members. Mentoring is offered to Grafia members and lasts for half a year, from the end of one year to the beginning of the next summer. The programme is based on mentoring partnerships. The program call begins in September with the mentor application process, and mentee applications are open in October. Each pair takes part in a kick-off meeting, interim meetings, and a joint closing event in the summer. In addition, the pairs commit to meeting each other at a minimum of 3–4 times during the program. Joining the program as new coaches are Laura Köönikkä, a solution-focused work supervisor and business coach who helps creative professionals discover their sustainable potential, and Elsa Ervasti, a presentation and pitching coach who encourages confident and distinctive communication.
