The Friends of Finnish Handicraft and Grafia are jointly organising a workshop where participants will explore monogram embroidery under the guidance of designer Minttu Wikberg. Please bring a fabric of your choice. We encourage the use of recycled materials. The workshop is part of the Helsinki Design Week program!Workshop participants will also be able to explore the ongoing Graphic Designer of the Year 2024 award exhibition, Kato-Förlust-Loss.At 2 p.m., one of the exhibition’s creators, information designer Juuso Koponen, will give a short tour of the exhibition, addressing the current state of the environmental crisis in Finland.
