Freedom of Expression – Poster Design Summer School 2025 What happens when seventeen graphic design students from three different countries come together? The result is a series of powerful posters that boldly capture the students’ unique perspectives and experiences with freedom of expression. The poster exhibition will be on display at Luonnos-ikkuna until September 8.The Poster Design Summer School is a course organized by three different schools, LAB Institute of Design and Fine Arts, Estonian Academy of Arts and Vilnius Academy of Arts. It’s made in collaboration with Lahti International Poster Triennial, a world-renowned competition in visual communication design. The Triennial’s poster exhibition will be on display until September 7, 2025, at the Lahti Visual Arts Museum, Malva. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Lahti International Poster Triennial, bringing designers together from around the world.The theme of these posters, Freedom of Expression, provides a platform to investigate the complexities of freedom in modern society from multiple angles.
