The renewed mentoring program’s mentor applications are open 4–22 September 2025! The program, intended for Grafia members, supports professional development and community spirit. A mentor is a trusted companion who helps the mentee grow professionally. The program lasts for six months, from the end of November until the beginning of summer 2026. No previous mentoring experience is required, since mentoring is also a learning process for the mentor. It’s enough to be interested in acting as a mentor for another Grafia member. Mentors commit to at least 3–4 meetings with their mentees, as well as to the program’s other joint sessions. A kick-off event for mentor pairs will be held on Tue 27 November, 3:30–5:45 pm, where participants will receive tools and guidance for building a good mentoring relationship.
