Do you want to grow as a professional with a dedicated personal mentor? Grafia’s mentoring program supports professional development and community building. Mentor pairs work together for half a year, from the end of November until summer 2026. The coaches, Laura Köönikkä and Elsa Ervasti, provide tools for finding creative solutions, sparring, and setting and achieving goals. Mentors commit to 3–4 meetings with their mentees, and the program also includes two webinars and joint sessions for all mentoring pairs.
