Open call for Luonnos

The open call for Luonnos exhibitions for the year 2026 is open! Applications will be accepted from 3 to 29 April 2025. The exhibition call is open to diverse creators and teams in the field of visual communication and creative design

The name “Luonnos” (Finnish for sketch) reflects the open-minded fearlessness, diversity, and creativity the space aims to share. The aim is to spark timely discussions and create a space that showcases the broad spectrum of visual communication and creative design. This annual call is open to everyone, including professionals and students. We encourage applications from individuals of different ages and backgrounds.

A total of five exhibitions will be selected for Luonnos’ 2026 exhibition program. The curators of the exhibition call are Veera Kortelainen, Tuukka Tujula and Jassir Kuronen. Selected applicants will be notified personally in May.

All exhibition applications must be submitted through the electronic application system. You can apply for exhibition slot individually or with a group. Grafia membership is not required, and the exhibition call is open to everyone. However, non-Grafia members will be charged a 1000 euro exhibition service fee per exhibition. If you are applying for exhibition slot as a group, it is enough that one group member is a Grafia member to receive the benefit.
