Grafia’s mentoring programme The 2026–2027 mentoring program will be held in Finnish. Moving forward, the program will be run in Finnish and English in alternating years. Grafia’s mentoring program has been organised annually since 2020. The program supports the professional development and sense of community among Grafia’s members. Mentoring is offered to Grafia members and lasts for half a year, from the end of one year to the beginning of the next summer. The programme is based on mentoring partnerships. The program call begins in September with the mentor application process, and mentee applications are open in October. Each pair takes part in a kick-off meeting, interim meetings, and a joint closing event in the summer. In addition, the pairs commit to meeting each other at a minimum of 3–4 times during the program. Are you a Grafia member already?
